    Washington Department of Game, Firearms Safety Certified Instructor Patch

    Approx. 3 3/4" wide x 4 1/4" semi-shield design
    .  Red cut-edged border with yellow twill
    background.  The inner design features an
    interesting
    perched owl holding opened shot gun
    .
    In black lettering reads "Washington State
    Dept. Of Game" across top and "Firearms Safety" at bottom.  In center is a strip that reads in black "Certified Instructor".
    Has vintage cloth with gauze
    backing.  Cant see where it was used or sewn, but still calling used because a little unsure.
