Palomar 2460-V Wire Bonder
.
System is offered here as shown, we didn't have any ability to power the unit possibly a transformer missing or power plug in the back. There is no microscope head present and the weld fixture as shown in figure five is in a parts condition with no all components present. No camera or illuminator present. There is burn in to the Hughes TV shown on the system photograph eight. Stage motion assembly is present as shown in photograph 10, there was some surface rusting present on the motion rails photograph 11. All air hoses on the rear of the system have been cut photograph 12. Not all cables are attached and the connection points could not be ascertained photograph 24. Equipment is offered here for parts with no warranty for parts only.
