OLD ANTIQUE FULL SIZE VERY NICE VIOLIN

Very nice sound.  Suitable for advanced student.  It is fully set up and ready to play.
Has double purfling.  Typically, violins with sound of this quality would carry a heftier price tag.
Recently overhauled with great care by an expert.  There were two cracks on the top surface that were nicely repaired.  Sound bar was replaced.  Holes for pegs were repaired.
There are no cracks in the back.  There is a surface scratch near the bottom, as shown in the photo.  There is a chip in the scroll, as shown in the photo.  There is some small pitting here and there, but overall looks quite nice. New chin rest.
I'm no expert, but the luthier who did the work said this violin is most likely a German violin, more than 100 years old.
