    Description

    This listing is for a pair (2) of JVC 4.5" fullrange speakers, part# HSA1299-01G. These were removed from a pair of SP-XS6BK speakers I have parted out.
    Both speakers have been tested & sound great.
    The cloth surrounds, paper cones & aluminum dust caps are in great shape on both.
    Impedance is 8 ohms & DCR = 7.6 each. According to the specs on the SP-XS6BK speakers, they were rated at 90-12,000Hz, 90 watts max power handling & 83dB SPL. JVC called this a 5" driver, but it measures 4.5" across & 5" ear to ear on the diagonal.
    These would also be an excellent midrange speaker in a DIY speaker project, but you would need a sub cup in the speaker cabinet to seal them from the internal speaker pressure due to these being open basket drivers.
