Came out great.
All original Drivers, and Crossovers.
Sound fabulous.
Classic 2way sound...
Low driver does nearly all the work...nearly fullrange...tweeters for only the highest.
Unlike any of Dahlquist's designs...which are unlike Any of Dahlquist's Other designs.
I don't know about those guys - seems like they're trying to make a unique speaker every model:
- With no regard for the sound of their previous designs.
Unlike...say, Advent: smallest to largest..all same voice. These sound NOTHING like my DQM9s or DQ10s of course.
VERY capable for their 5 gallon size.
I would compare them
favorably
to smaller Advents, AR4x, EPI100, Infinity RS3000...
Magnat makes 1st class drivers!
They look like they were rolled down the stairs and left in the rain.
No grilles. Factory anti-bounce Fuzzy facepaint intact.
Outer Covering easily removed from one ( 5 min job by hand - comes off like old contact paper).
THE OTHER speaker coating is a bit more stubborn may require a hairdryer...

There are 30+ pairs of speakers in my house at any time. I rotate. It's what I do.
