Product Details
AST-LOCK 77HS, High Strength, Fastener and stud Locking Permanent Threadlocker. Best suited for fastener applications with diameters greater then 1". This threadlcoker has the best gap filling capabilities with excellent strength and non-migrating characteristics. Temperature from -65° F to 300° F (-45° C to 149° C). Fixture speed 20 minutes, full cure 24 hours. MIL-S46163-A Type I, Grade L. Gap Fill 0.010" Works particullarly well with softer more active metals such as brass, bronze, aluminum or Steel. For stainless steel, titanium alloys, plated fittings, fittings with a wide gap fill or if the material is being applied in very cold temperatures where a cure is still needed. Not recommended for cetain plastic components.
