    Loctite Threadlocker 242 is an all-purpose, medium-strength, blue threadlocker. Threadlocker 242 is ideal for all nut and bolt applications from 1/4 in. to 3/4 in. or 6mm to 20mm. Threadlocker 242 eliminates the need for expensive locknuts and lock washers. It locks and seals, while preventing parts from loosening due to vibration and protecting threads from corrosion. It is removable with hand tools for easy disassembly.
