    Description

    This is a vintage 2 3/16 inch button offering the Safe Return to Flight for a NASA Space Shuttle. The signatures on here of Covey, Lounge, Nelson, Hilmers and Hauck mean it's from the first flight of the Discovery after the Challenger accident in 1986 put a temporary halt to the program....one I wish they had continued. Can't convince my kids to work for NASA when there isn't something big to look forward to. This will be more clear than the digital photo shows.
    The high bidder is to pay for shipping, international shipping will be much more, sorry but the P.O. drastically increased postage for international packages and now this could be more than to ship. We will combine auctions to save on shipping.
