1940's 12" permanent magnet speaker for vintage, Audio, Radios and TV's
.
It should be considered full range since it was the only speaker used in the
1948 GE, General Electric 802 TV it came from, see pics at the bottom of the pictures below. Cosmetics of the speakers are excellent overall with no tears or holes in the cone
Speaker cone diameter measure 11 1/2”, the frame diameter measures 12 1/4". The height is 5 1/4" and it weighs 4 lb. The mounting hole centers measure 11 3/4” across and 4 1/2" apart. Speaker coil measures 4.8 on the 200 ohm scale and it passes sound. I am selling this speaker as-is, display only, not working, for parts and repair, no returns.
Packed box will measure 16" x 16" x 10" and will weigh 5 lb.
Good, strong packing supplies/boxes including 2” thick hard Styrofoam to line the boxes will cost and FedEx Ground shipping will cost
